Made an appointment on a Saturday to talk to a representative about a loan. Left work early to be there at the date and time that they told me to be there for the appointment. Only to be told that that representative had left early for the day. They didn’t even call me to reschedule. Totally unprofessional.

I called an associate at this branch this morning to verify that the recent problems with the walk up ATM had been resolved. I was told it was resolved. I drove to the bank and low & behold it was NOT in-service. I had to drive about 10 miles to the next closest webster. This ATM is out of service more than it is functioning. Also due to it's location, I do not go to this ATM in the evening as this ATM been know to have unsavory characters hiding in the dark and attack people that use this ATM

I would not even give them one star but I could not get on with out doing so…. I have been a customer for over 25 years and they are getting worse year by year…no one knows what they doing! They always blame one another for errors they make!

I highly recommend webster Bank for your banking business. We recently had to renew a IRA CD and was redirected to another bank representative that was able to offer us some alternative investments that paid much better interest. They have always treated us a a valuable customer.
