Packages are being left on top of mailbox… have lived at this address for over 25 years and packages of always been left on the covered front porch. Only in the last month have they been left at the mailbox. This past weekend I had an expensive book delivered that got soaked due to leaving the box in the pouring rain.

If I don't check my mail for a week (which I sometimes don't because vacation etc, the mailman who delivers decided to say I don't live here when I very clearly do. I called the post office and the rude man who answered the phone tells me he remembers me and this has happened before and if it happens again he won't deliver mail to me and I'll be forced to pay for a P.O. Box. IT WOULDN'T be happening if your idiot of a mailman wasn't saying the mailbox was full when it simply is not. Tell your employees not to threaten people because you cannot legally refuse to deliver to a resident that pays taxes to this town.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just to be refused service because it’s past 3:30 and they don’t accept anymore walkins for passport….i was standing in line. How is this walk in hours from 3-3:30 if you can’t accept someone already in line for it! Honestly - regardless of how packed it was - that lady did not have to refuse me but she did. Even though she looked at me multiple times and I was there waiting. Just beyond belief this is the service.

I have had bad experiences in the past but lately I think they have been great. I called there yesterday trying to locate a package and spoke with a lovely woman that helped me out quickly and courteously.

Very friendly clerks and staff, keep a well balanced attitude with customers. Fast and quick service. The line goes fast and everyone leaves with a smile.

Went in with my mom to set up a passport appointment. We were told we could only do it online and with an attitude. Couldn’t find where to do it online as the website didn’t show where to make an appointment. I had my mom go to Milford’s post office. They were so nice and accommodating. They made my mom her appointment on the spot. So to the miserable woman who told us “You have to do it online. It’s been that way since COVID”, find a new job if you can’t be nice in a customer service role

Clerk was incredibly friendly and fast, the window area is a bit small but that’s a good thing since everything you need is very easy to find. 10/10 service.

I’m a wheelchair user and this US post office is completely inaccessible for people in wheelchairs and mobility aids as there are many steps to enter the building. They do have a ramp at the back entrance but the manager would not allow me to use it. This is not up to code and against ADA regulations.

What a terrible experience. The lady behind the desk, Joanne, was one of the most unfriendly people I have ever met. She did the bare minimum. It’s unfortunate because all I was trying to do was fix an honest mistake and get some holiday cards out. The manager, Frank, had called me the night before and was very helpful. However he wasn’t there when I showed up and so I had to deal with Joanne who had minimal interest in being helpful. I am sure the job can be difficult and stressful, but that is no way to treat people. The person directly behind me, an older lady, said the same exact thing to me while I was waiting. It’s too bad as it’s the holiday season and it doesn’t take much to be nice to others. Again, Frank was very helpful, as was the person at Ace Hardware in Oxford who I had dealt with the night before. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the manager Frank. I would give him a higher review if I could.

The white female lady in the left window is very rude and not professional at all. She should be removed so this USPS performance can be improved a lot.
