Wow, wow, wow. I'm in shocked.
If there were a way to give ZERO stars, I would. The experience at this UPS store was shockingly unpleasant. I arrived early, as the website indicated it was open, only to find the door locked. Along with three other customers, I waited patiently. When the door finally opened, we were met with a woman who had an incredibly rude attitude. It's astonishing how someone can be so nasty so early in the day. Her arrogance and lack of service orientation were appalling. Definitely not the kind of customer service you expect or deserve. Avoid this place if you can!

Really rude, unhelpful, and dishonest staff. The older man in the store was not helpful at all and tried to charge $3 to print a page when the rate is actually $0.22 per page.

If your signage says your store is open til 4 pm -- your employee shouldn't be walking out the door at 3:55 pm with the whole store fully closed up and locked.

The staff is not friendly at all, never greed me, the girl is very rude, doesn’t explain well the questions, always with frown face ( should not been attending people).Very disappointed.

01/2023: They don't answer their calls. Mailbox is always full when you call. The older gentleman has an attitude problem and should not be doing customer service. (0 stars)01/2024: Lately it appears they hired a younger staff (black guy) who is very cool and knowledgeable. Thank you. (3 stars)

12/29/2023 I would like to start by saying I don’t do the business review thing but I had to absolutely do this review. Middle aged women here who is not computer savvy and usually have a difficult time when it comes to computers. I visited the UPS Seymour location for the first time to do a return. I had the pleasure of Keisha as my customer service representative I must say she greeted me with a smile and she really went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me with my return she had so much patience with me and also suggested other alternatives. I really would like to give a great big THANKS to her for her PROFESSIONALISM and patience with me from start to finish!Thank You Keisha

Had no issues making a return here. It does get busy, so you will have to wait in line. Big deal. I have seen a lot of people treat these employees here with disrespect. Do better world! Thanks ups for great service.
