It’s Thanksgiving week. WE HAVE NO HEAT. Beginning of November we paid in full. To run propane lines and install a propane tank. Alex the person in charge for weeks kept saying she’s waiting for the permit application to get approved. I finally called the town hall. Town hall said the application was just submitted today at 1130am. This morning? Weeks after I paid for the job in full. Alex has been dishonest with me for a full month. It’s thanksgiving and we have no heat. I would never ever recommend this company. I own an HVAC company. And this is not how to run a fuel company.

Had their propane tank on the property when I bought my house to run the automatic standby generator. No problem for 4-5 months. Then a ice storm hits, we lose power, and the generator doesn't start. Low and behold, these guys disconnected the tank and locked it out THE DAY BEFORE THE STORM, without saying anything to me. They could have had a customer for life if they had just knocked on the door, or left a note on the tank, or in the mailbox, or a door tag. Instead, they said nothing and they lost me as a customer and anyone I'll ever talk to about it.

Recently I received a deliver for over 148 gallons of fuel at 3.99 a gallon, I have never in my 2 years of getting fuel from this company got a delivery of over 90 gallons. I just got a delivery in October for 80 gallons and they are stating 3 months later I was in need of 148. With no warning of this max delivery I was left a bill of over $500 that I was not prepared for and can not currently afford. The company stated if I do not pay this bill in full with in 30 days my account will be put on hold and I will not receive any more delivery’s. I have a baby, and the fact that I will not receive fuel until this is paid may result in having no heat in my home. I am disgusted that they can do this to their customers

Christmas Day furnace failure. My elderly mother suddenly has no heat for the fourth time in a month. A service person (not always the same one) shows up and primes the furnace but does not fix the problem; it fails a few days later. (Note: she is on a service contract, and had seasonal servicing by Superior Plus on her furnace a couple of months ago.) And it's not an "Oh No---I-ran-out-of-oil" problem. The tank was full and never ran out; running out of oil was never the reason for this failure.---Two days ago, to address this mysterious repeat air-in-the-line problem, they installed something called a Tiger Loop. And the service person apparently didn't purge the line before they installed it, so the furnace failed again due to air in the fuel line. I know it's Christmas Day, but I guess no one is employed to answer their emergency line---because no one does. And I especially know this because I've been on the phone since 10:00 this morning trying to get someone to pick up, and my mother has been on her phone since 9:30 AM the same, and no one ever answers the line, and it's 1:00 PM as I'm writing this. I can only assume that the vendor did not line up someone and pay them double-time to answer the emergency line. Unacceptable.---In the past this company has done very good work, and my mother has been with them since the early 1990s. However, this year---December 2022---they are not meeting basic requirements, and we are in a very cold weather cycle right now. All I can think of is my mother using a heater to keep warm, and how she won't leave her cats behind in the house to seek other shelter. It would be a bad day in any case, but on Christmas, it's especially bad. And what if her pipes burst? She said that her home insurance doesn't cover that. I live in an apt and have three cats of my own, and it's small enough that I don't have room to keep my mom here, much less two additional cats. This is bad. "Thank you for your patience. Your call is a priority to us. We recognize this is an emergency. Please stay on the line. Someone from the team will be with you shortly." Yeah, sure.
