“12/29/2023 I would like to start by saying I don’t do the business review thing but I had to absolutely do this review. Middle aged women here who is not computer savvy and usually have a difficult time when it comes to computers. I visited the UPS Seymour location for the first time to do a return. I had the pleasure of Keisha as my customer service representative I must say she greeted me with a smile and she really went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me with my return she had so much patience with me and also suggested other alternatives. I really would like to give a great big THANKS to her for her PROFESSIONALISM and patience with me from start to finish!Thank You Keisha”

“This is one of the better storage facilities that I have used ever. The staff is friendly and the storage areas are clean and safe. They offer lots of options in storage sizes and U-Haul trucks. Also they have climate controlled storage which in most cases you can't even get from some of the bigger named places like U Store it. Would recommend checking it out. Prices are very reasonable.”

“I believe his name was Craig and when I glanced at his tag it said manager and I’m very satisfied with his customer service. I saw they had a sign saying spend more then $75 get $15 coupon and he really sat there and helped me sign up and made sure I got the coupon and helped me get protection on one of the items I specifically shopped for! Awesome awesome customer service and very polite, recommend him !!”

“It's a drop off point at the auto store. They can scan it, and have it picked up. You have to have the shipping label on it. Whether you print it or it's a return label.”

“Stuff in this location much nicer than other USPSs I have been to for example stamford. Though I lost two packages through this USPS, my buyers said they never received the package, despite that I shipped them right away. Fortunately these were not too valuable. Although they couldn’t reverse the lost, they tried their best looking for the package and followed through. I hope they can keep up the good work thank you!”

“I give 5 stars for the post office itself. Major is absolutely fantastic at his job and is wonderfully helpful. He also seems very patient and has a good sense of humor, which I’m sure he needs working at that post office. The delivery drivers on the other hand have earned a 1 star review. I have had packages thrown into our yard, mail that has simply never showed up, and have had claims that signatures were attempted yet was home all day and our security system never recorded anyone coming to the door. I definitely recommend physically going to the post office to receive exceptional service.”
