I would like to thank Lauren for the more than excellent customer service provided to me this week. I was in dire need of a load of topsoil which I needed that day! It was an unusual request but the mason contractors were ahead of schedule and couldn’t proceed without it. Lauren understood the situation, juggled the schedule and was able to deliver it that day; now that’s what outstanding customer service is all about. I would also like to thank Tony who’s driving proficiency placed my order exactly where I wanted it in a very tight area.

Bought all my seedlings here this year, and they were extremely healthy and reasonably priced. There’s a great selection (I’m a bit of a newbie so take that with a grain of salt) but I left very happy! I also picked up a hanging basket for Mother’s Day, it was extremely unique with flowers I had never seen before.

Beautiful plants, decor and view. Great place to stop any season. Can be part of a date night, or a quick trip for yard work. Nice people too

We bought these begonia plants in May from Roosters and they have bloomed all summer long. Truly beautiful and my favorite.

Their top soil is subpar. I’ve ordered topsoil from several places and seems they are the only place when I get topsoil ALOT of weeds grow with it. A specific 3 I always see in the patches we dumped their soil. Also the last time I got soil they delivered in the rain without putting their cover up. They apologized and said I didn’t know was going to rain but it made the entire 5 tons of soil rock hard and clumpy like cement. I called and was told I would get a reply and got nothing. Stinks

Bad service and Over priced. Another place installs for $35. An hour but they have a mandatory $300 fee. Credits take 2 weeks.

I love coming here! The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is a wonderful alternative for those who prefer to visit local nurseries rather than big box stores, like Home Depot and Lowe’s.

It is a wonderful garden center. The variety is decent. The flower, fruit & vegetable plants appeared well cared for and I ended up going there twice to get vegetable plants along with marigolds for my garden. The staff were friendly and helpful and the prices were decent as well. I also like the overall layout and building design. It has a nice rustic feel to it. I would recommend this place.

Everyone at Rooster’s is super friendly, they are local AND competitively priced, and of course knowledgeable about everything garden related. Their delivery service is also top notch (thank you Steve!). Highly recommend!!!
