He identified it and was very thoughtful. He even voluntarily gave me his small tool to check the pressure on my tire throughout my trip!I forgot to ask for his name but his gesture made my day and assured a safer trip.Thank you to him!”

“I was not expecting much after having a terrible experience at penske, but was very pleasantly surprised. Very quick service at pick up and drop off. Eli was great and had my drop off processed in under 5 min. Only problem was that he was too fast and I had to wait for the wife to come rescue me, I thought it would take longer. Truck was as expected: decent condition and operation. I'll be back to this location again”
