CVS is a pharmacy and retail store that employs dedicated staff who work hard despite challenging conditions. Many long-term employees are praised for their commitment and helpfulness. Customers appreciate the pharmacy team for going above and beyond, such as helping find unavailable prescriptions at other stores and taking time to answer questions about medication interactions and allergies. The pharmacists are often described as incredible and caring, providing thorough assistance that stands out compared to other pharmacies. However, the store faces some issues. The cashiers and shelf-stockers are friendly, but the store's outdated equipment causes problems with coupons and technical glitches, frustrating customers. The pharmacy's professionalism has been criticized; text alerts about medication readiness are sometimes confusing and incorrect. Additionally, the pharmacy sometimes shuts down completely during lunch hours, which can be inconvenient. Long lines are common due to the location's busyness, but the staff’s positive attitude helps manage the wait. Overall, while the store and pharmacy have some flaws, the caring and helpful staff, especially the pharmacists, create a positive impression and make CVS a preferable choice for many customers despite occasional technical and operational issues.
I was told that my receipt was requested to be emailed to me, however, I did not have an email and would like a receipt!

This place was terrible the black haired employee threw some deodorant at me. Also the celling was falling down plus rats were in the food isle. Plus there was a naked hobo in the corner chugging some rat poison and some candy smelling shampoo.

I had an important prescription sent to this pharmacy, unfortunately it was on back order. The amazing pharmacy tech called around to the other local pharmacies and found one where it was available. This lady was awesome! She went above and beyond to help me, and I am very thankful!
