Purchased an item at Auto Zone, Seymour CT location a few weeks ago and the cashier was extremely unhelpful and not pleasant. I understand its a minimum wage paying position and one doesn't have to be happy with their job but the attitude was down right disrespectful. And I was not the only one in line that felt the same way. I hope this person named Vae R. learns a little bit more about how to deal with customers. I don't expect her to have in depth knowledge about automobiles-but the very least nod and smile. Not only did she insist Auto Zone did not have the part and locate the item using the VIN number, but was also hesitant on touching a used spark plug with oil residue. A second trip back to this store with a different representative--and wouldn't you know--the store did have the part once the VIN number was typed into the system. So whomever this Vae R., hopefully she can learn from just a small ounce of customer service from your store to add to her future endeavors.

Great selection of everything regarding auto, but seems to be understaffed. I wanted to ask a question to a staff member, who pretty much ignored me till about five minutes later after I had already found what I wanted. Nonetheless, very good place pricewise and location wise.

They didn’t help me much at all. Everyone kept telling me to go there and they can tell me what’s going on with my car’s window ( it wouldn’t roll down) But when I got there the staff didn’t seem to know anything about cars at all or what to do. Kind of just sat there looking at me like I was crazy for asking them. I won’t go back even if it was to buy something. I think I would just feel weird walking into the place.
