I dropped off and MS660. Saw to have them check out. They told me and needed a total rebuild they quoted me $600. To rebuild but when I went to pick up, it was over 1000 dollars and I didn't get 2 minutes of use of of it and wouldn't run anymore they refused to make it right I will never go there again they got me on multiple occasions they just won't stand by there word and the price is always of from there quotes

OK so I just had to come back on their website and put a review in because my 391 craft out for some unknown reason and I went there looking to get it fixed and by the time I was done I practically had the price of a new saw so I bought a new MS 400 C on their recommendation for the amount of wood I cut and I really got to tell you that I'm overly impressed this this is more than I ever dreamed and it's really a great machine Their service and their technical expertise is superior by far

I've been doing business with them for over 30 years now and would never go anywhere else. They are truly and simply just the best stihl chainsaw shop around. Stihl power equipment Might be a bit expensive but your getting the best equipment money can buy. And with Beaver Brook you're getting the best quality service for a lifetime! Forget the big Box stores where you get nothing but junk and no service at all! So you have nothing to lose! check these guys out and not only will you come out with some of the best equipment in the world but I bet you also make a friend!
