Omg, I have also just had the worst experience at this groomers. We have just moved to the area. I knew my dog was matted, we've had trbl finding her care bc shes very skittish. Not only did Cody refuse service but took it on himself to call animal control to report me. I hope they go out of business. At least I will never be back!

They give our Havanese a superb cut. The store supplies only the premier brands of dog food and treats. There is an outdoor pool for dock diving competitions.

The worst experience I ever had with a groomer! I dropped my chi mix off for grooming, no haircut. When I went to pick her up, the groomer told me I should sedate my dog before having her nails cut. She told me she had to put a muzzle on her - an 18 pound, chill, calm dog, the Sweetest animal! - and it took 2 people to try to cut her nails. Then she got to the real issue - she said her nail snapped. I asked she was bleeding and she said she wasn't. When she brought out the dog, her nail was hanging off her foot pad and there was brown stuff all over her foot. I asked if it was blood - the groomer said it was stuff to stop the bleeding......after she told me she wasn't bleeding! Then she said "she did it to herself" Seriously?? And she had the nerve to repeat that statement 2 more times. It sounds like this groomer didn't know the first thing about cutting a dog's nails. She injured my dog! My only regret is I left money with them - not the full amount but I should've walked out with my dog without leaving a dime. I should send Ultimate the bill for the nearly $170 incurred from the emergency vet visit. Luckily, I was able to bring her right into the vet after this Horribly upsetting experience.If the owner was there at the time, she should have come out to talk with me. The groomer had the worst attitude making me even more upset. Her defensiveness was inappropriate. She was totally unprofessional, rude and she injured my dog! Steer clear of this place.

We use their drop-in service for nail trim for our dog. So easy and convenient. They also have a very good selection of treats, food and much more!

Omg my lab pup is 95lbs and 10mos old. The vet tech wanted to sedate him with two different meds to cut his nails - yeah no not happening. He’s a happy excitable nosey pup. I’m not doing that when it’s not needed. Upon a recommendation I called Ashley and made an appt for Charlie’s nails. It literally took 5min and he was done. The store is amazing and I wish I had more time to explore it. Seriously thinking of the send away boarding she offers as he would definitely only benefit from it and so would I lol I bought him a doggie donut for being such a good boy!
