I LOVE LaBonnes! Always clean, orderly, and you can find unusual items you won’t see elsewhere! When I go to see friends I always bring a bag of one of the local coffees to show off how cool our area is!

Stopped in while hiking on the Appalachian Trail for a resupply. Had them make a sandwich on a ciabatta roll. The sandwich was amazing. It weighed almost 5 pounds and was on $13. Grabbed a beer and ate and drank out behind the store on some metal chairs.

Seems like a great market but I spoke to an employee named Megan at the register over the phone who was really rude and unhelpful for no reason. I was really taken aback!

Do you sell camping fuel canister in the store? Either propane or butane? Thank you.

Positive experience, ordering a fruit basket from out-of-state, for local delivery. The Produce Dept was helpful and friendly. My friend sent me a photo - the basket looks great. Would definitely order again.

Stopped on my way home from Torrington for a few items. All was well until I got to the deli counter and a sign reading “closed due to staff shortage, we are sorry for any inconvenience”I specifically went in for deli items and rolls since there is no grocery store in Millerton.I understand no one wants to work, or work overtime but I thought customer service came first and staffing issues were the dept supervisors job. If there was no one there to work the next 3 hours why was there someone cleaning the deli case? Isn’t she a deli employee to be behind the counter? And if she was an employee of the deli, why couldn’t she take orders? No one cares about the customer any more and with the prices LaBonnes is charging I’d think you could have paid someone OT for those 3 hours. Sorely disappointed in this store and management.Ronald MurphyMillerton, NY

(Watertown location) A female by the name Vanessa was talking to her coworkers making fun of the person who I was with that has disabilities. She proceeded to mock out conversation quietly and made us feel completely uncomfortable. If you or someone you love has disabilities I suggest you don't go to this grocery store. There is a stop and shop down the road and I never thought I would be the one pushing people away from a small business but if you care about anyone's feeling especially someone disabled who can't care for themselves do not come here. Vanessa did not care when I became upset with her behavior she just moved around the business as if she owned it and was running it. Terribly I should add. Her name is Vanessa she is blonde she was the one orchestrating The horrific event with no remorse. LaBonne's is a place full of childish employees who are inconsiderate and full of hate. This place needs the better business bureaus to come knocking to check in right away. If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately I'm obligated to give at least one.

Very disappointing. Our friend used LaBonne to cater a one year olds birthday party at Lone Oak Campground. The person taking the order which include 2 Six foot sandwiches and orders of Antipasto wrote the order wrong. Instead they sent the two sandwiches and 2 additional platters of cold cuts (no rolls, WTH?). When we called to explain the issue, we were told that they would do nothing to correct the problem. Didn't really acknowledge that they made a mistake and would not come out with the anything to help correct the error. Lesson: if you want things right, don't use LeBonne.
