Herrington's is an exceptional store and business. Their experienced staff is always so willing to help you with all your projects and needs. They have extensive knowledge about a diverse product line and help me to make the best choices for my projects. I would highly recommend them.

Lakeville and Hillsdale lumber yard are the worst places to shop. The people at these two locations are racist. Ive witnessed many times where they treat spanish and black people terrible offering no help and being disrespectful. Ive heard racial slurs and have jad asked for help plenty of time and people there just laugh and pass by. Alison wells and William clarke are the worse people ever in the lakeville store.

The staff at Herringtons have always been nothing but kind and helpful to me. They've even driven a wheelbarrow to my house 10+ minutes away when it didn't fit in my car. I've had issues with keys cut there, but that's the only trouble I've had. Some orders can be delivered, they sell general hardware, lumber, and general landscaping wares.

Moved to Lakeville twelve years ago. Never felt comfortable there after being so disrespected by the lumber yard guys. I just avoid if I can...I drive to Torrington Home Depot now. I wanted to support local business. I can't suppprt the pea brains cutting my lumber. I kept going back because it's down the hill but now I know better
