On 1/31 at approximately 2:55pm, a tractor trailer owned by Arnoff Moving was driving on I-87 around the exit 8 area (White Plains area I believe). I was traveling 62mph (speed limit is 55) when the truck began tailgating me and flashing its lights. There was a car not too far in front of me, so I was confused why the truck driver was flashing the lights. The truck driver proceeded to move to the left lane, speed ahead, did not signal but began merging into my lane even though my car was directly to the right of the truck. This led him to driving in between two lanes for some distance (again with my car directly to his right) because he was trying to cut me off and didn't have the space to merge correctly because there was a car already (closely) in front of me. I began honking my horn repeatedly, which he ignored. I was able to shift to the right lane luckily because there were no cars next to me. Before this event occurred, I noted the truck had been driving on I-95 in the center lane and, once again, did not signal to change lanes and at the very last minute he took exit 21, which leads to I-87. I don't know what kind of people Arnoff Moving employs, but they obviously need to sit in additional driving classes. An accident could've happened because that driver wanted to drive like a deranged animal. Last time I checked I-87 is a highway and not a NASCAR race track.

During each of my recent visits I had to deal with inept, incompetent and unprofessional sales people. So sad that a local business with a past reputation as a decent establishment has fallen so low. I'd rather drive the extra distance to another packing and shipping store than have to deal with this one again.

My last three experiences were very disappointing, with inept, rude and incompetent sales help. Although I called in advance to double-check on supply availability and service, (to avoid a wasted trip out) upon arrival I was told that they did NOT have what I'd previously called to confirm and needed. On my second trip, I was told to come back because the manager was not on the premises. (Why they were unable to use the phone and call for assistance is still a mystery.) On my final trip, the saleswoman once again informed me that the manager was not on the premises also letting me know she did not know how to do the transaction required, and became defensive and belligerent... It was a simple return. Why would a manager leave someone in charge who was so obviously unqualified to do the job? Three negative experiences were more than enough to convince me to find an alternative shipper and supplier.
