I went to sid's auto on a recommendation because I needed to replace a tire and a power mirror on my 300. The staff was great. They made sure i had exactly what i needed. They were patient when I had them look up other parts for my other vehicle although they seemed like they were pretty busy. I encountered three employees while there. All were very pleasant. I was also assisted with my tire to the parking lot. I found the parts reasonably priced as well. I will return in the future if need be!

They made an appointment to pick up my car but never came and not returning phone calls. Was looking forward to get rid of it. Very unprofessional!

I used the Car Part search and found Sids had the car I was looking for. I was looking for owners manuals to a car we had just bought. I had called to verify they did still have them and get a price, As well as checking on a rear view mirror also. The Lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful and their pricing was excellent compared to what others were selling for on E Bay. I will definitely check with them again.

Tow truck driver was peeing in my yard when I went outside. Then denied my car because it had no catalytic converter. They had all the info on the car, including the fact that it had no exhaust, and made me an offer anyway. Again no mention of it needing a catalytic converter to be towed. Missed a day of work for this extremely unprofessional company. Peeing in my yard at 9:30 am on a Tuesday. Nice! Super professional guys! Thanks for absolutely nothing. I’ll be sure to share this with everyone.

They were supposed to pick up my vehicle that I had arranged to junk. I scheduled 2 appointments and made sure I was home and available both times-each was no show and no call. Clearly they don't care about inconveniencing anyone-dont value others' time.Don't waste your time. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Not very happy got a computer from them understand they have limited warranty with it lasted maybe a month failed. I was looking for just some sort of assistance never expected a full refund was told there's nothing they can do for me but they would try and find me another one doesn't really help in the situation out $1200. Truck was down for a bit of time to diagnose We able to drive for about a month

Seems like they are running on a skeleton crew and they always manage to get the job done with quality parts and great and competitive prices. I recommend Sid's to anyone trying to repair a vehicle on a limited budget.

These folks are extremely fair and honest. I went to pick up a part and had a conversation with the gentleman at the front and just based on his interactions with me and the people on the phone it looks like he knew what he was talking about and is actually looking out for the customer. I would drive 1 1/2 to get my parts exclusively from them if it meant I didn't have to deal with any of the salvage yards in Rhode Isalnd ever again.
