rude, abusive and unethical!!!! performed work on a car that cost more than the cars worth and strung us along for over a month then demanded the car be taken without making the car able to be registered. Over $4000 getting no authorization titled owner. Looking into litigation

I had a registration done here because the DMV was a couple weeks out for an appointment. Loved the way they handled it. They said it'd be 24 hours but they had it done in the same day. Don't hesitate to call them. Very pleased.

Alternate location for vehicle registrations. Called in the morning, received a text to let me know what documents to send over. Sent everything by email, then got a text to show up that afternoon and pick up my documents. Brought the forms and payment, walked out with my plates and registration. No DMV, no lines, no appointments, no BS, just quick and easy. Sure, it cost a little extra, but not dealing with the DMV or waiting a month for an appointment to register a vehicle makes it well worth it!

I used them today to transfer a registration since the DMV was booked. They made sure I had everything I needed before I went. The process was quick and the owner was very helpful in getting it done for me. I would definitely recommend!!!

After calling more than a 1/2 dozen DMV affiliated dealerships for vehicle registration I got Anthony on the phone who really responsive and helpful. Will definitely look to Salem for any future needs!

I recently utilized Salem Auto to register a new vehicle. I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly the entire process went. I had my new vehicle registered weeks sooner than the DMV was able to schedule me for an appointment. The staff was friendly and courteous and even went out of their way to contact me about a treasured hat my son left behind. I will gladly refer friends to them and would be happy to use them in the future for any auto repairs.
