“Unfortunately I had to put my poor balto to sleep this Sunday. It was the worst experience of my life but at 5 am we had to make the call. They were responsive, empathetic, and very respectful. Our big 100 pound balto was extremely sick and we could not lift him onto the table. So the vet worked with us and performed all that we needed to on the floor. It took the thought out of everything for us. Which was so important in or last moments. I commend them for their timely service and patience. Thank you so much.”

Thanks to their loyalty program, it was an inexpensive visit as well (so rare these days...and we have, I will note, on other occasions found this place to be priced pretty similarly to our old L.A. vet). “It’s a pretty big clinic that has laser therapy room, X-ray machine, and multiple exam rooms. I loved that tests were able to be taken at the site. Price is transparent. I didn’t have to wait too long to see a vet. Staffs were very kind and friendly. I was worried if I could get med only thru Chewy and that will delay the time for my chihuahua to get his med but they have their own mini pharmacy inside so I was able to pick up medicines right after the examinations.”

“I would just like to give a huge shoutout to local Southbury business, and our vet, Dr.Mary O’Donnel and all of the staff at our vet Maple Ridge Animal Clinic. They have treated both of my dogs but have taken special care of my 5 year old boxer mix Snoopy. Snoopy has had several cancerous mast cell tumors in his short life and Mary has always taken the time to be fair, knowledgeable and thorough with me. She explains all options and always chooses what is best for his overall health and longevity. One of the biggest things for me is my dog LOVES them, I know when I leave him that he is in the utmost best of care. To me that peace of mind is priceless. The facility is immaculate and though some have said the pricing is high, I find it comparable and completely in line with the level of service. I highly recommend them for all of your pet needs.”
“Convenient location with a decent inventory of popular pet products. Our dog is allergic to common ingredients found in nearly all dog foods so we have to buy special dog foods that don't contain those ingredients. Even though other local pet stores have and or can get those foods, Petco doesn't carry them and says they can't get it.”
