“We've had nothing but great experiences with Fairfield County Bank in general, but since moving to the Danbury area and making this branch "our branch" we've been consistently impressed with their attentiveness and willingness to help with any issue, big or small. From taking up their time to discuss hypothetical loan options on a Saturday with two kids in tow, to small issues within our various accounts that they were quick to fix for us, they are always so patient and eager to help. Most recently, they caught (before we did) an issue with fraud in one of our accounts and worked hard to protect us and keep us safe going forward. As a chronic worrier, I feel so safe knowing they're watching out for us.”

“If you're looking for a loan definitely reach out to Suzanne. She was very detailed and thoroughly answered all my questions. Their interest rates and promotions are also probably better than any other bank/ credit union I've found in the area. Apply directly though because it seems all online applications get directed to the Middlebury branch.”

“I opened a small Chase Savings account 3 years ago. I needed Medallion Signature Guarantees on a few documents and I thought it only fair, although they did not require it, to open an account in return for that convenience. The staff has been consistently friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, so much so, that I chose to open, despite being a long time BoA customer, both of my parents' Estate accounts with them. In both cases the process was straightforward and easy.”
“The staff has gone above and beyond to provide customer service just not found in banks that are not local. The people there really care and say hello. Have been super kind to my elderly father who also banks there and has for years. Once when an ATM ate my check they resolved it that day-without hassles a bunch of paperwork or panicked calls. One star off for fees I find excessive but all banks have those I guess! Have had great experiences in Brookfield and New Fairfield as well as Danbury branches”

“Since they closed the branch a mile from my house, this is my only option now. Luckily, it's right down the street from my gym, so I'm in the area daily. Some of the local staff was transferred here, so I see some familiar faces, and I've met a lot of the staff that had been at this location for a long time. I generally only need the ATM, but the few times I need to deal with a teller have been pleasant.”

“I have been going here for over 3 years now, and it has single-handedly been the very best I've been to. I work at the local MyEyeDr next to ShopRite. This branch office has wonderful staff, warm decor, and very convenient hours. Today was the latest in amazing experiences. I had the honor and pleasure of being helped by a gorgeously beautiful, Hispanic young woman (who's name I wish I had gotten) with getting my debit card pin fixed. She was very personable, comforting, had a delightful laugh, and I'm certain if I could have seen it, a tender warming smile that'd make any bad experience a great one. Sadly, I will be leaving my job here in town to another in Stratford, but if I find myself in town, I will stop by. Hopefully to work with the amazing staff, especially the young woman I worked with, once again.”
