The rep in the store Alphonso was so great !He Help get me and my family a watch and a tablet for free!Wish we was able to get the home internet but we didn’t qualified :/ but he was the best rep there will recommended him to family and friends !

Just picked up my iPhone 13 ProMax. Will helped me with the sale and the setup of the phone. He was very tolerant with my many questions and transferred all the data perfectly. He was also very polite, professional and knew what he was doing. Verizon is lucky to have him.

I dealt with the store Manger Justin, the service and response time I got from him wasnot only unacceptable but I was stunned to find out he was actually the store manger!! Which makes this kind of behavior even more unacceptable. He set up our companies business account over 4 months ago... told us it would be one price... got our bill and it was way off. We have called multiple times to have the issued resolved to which he always says he will handle it. 4 months later here we are the bill is still completley wrong and now our company phones have been shut off due to non payment. I advised Justin that due to all the over charges per month we were no longer going to pay the bill until he fixed the issue and reimburses for the over payment over the last 4 months, To which covenentently his whole story has changed and now there's "nothing" he can do about the bill. To say we are frustrated and disappointed is an understatement, we've been with verizon for over 10 years!. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO RUSSELL CELLULAR IN WETHERSFIELD! AND AVOID JUSTIN AT ALL COST!
