Definitely will come back anytime I need new tires or an alignment done! Levaughn was SO helpful finding the right tires for my car and got me in and out so quick even though I didn’t have an appointment. One other thing I loved was that Levaughn even spoke to my dad on the phone since I don’t know much about tires and went over with him which tire we were going with. My dad is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to tires so when he agreed with Levaughn’s choice for my tires it made me feel even better about purchasing them. The entire staff was great thank you to everyone at town fair tire! I highly recommend if you need new tires!

Jeffrey and team helped repair my damaged tire while I was traveling from MA to NJ. I was grateful they were open until 6pm. They were professional, helpful and very accommodating even though I arrived very close to closing time.

Inaccurate information of tire stock on their website. Made an appointment for later in the week for four tires, and went on their website before to select the tire size and performance my car needed. Found them. Drove a half hour, but they didn't have my size: standard 215/R55/17 size. They had to get them from their warehouse...the next day. Waste of my time. Not cool.

Fantastic customer service. Levaughn greeted me with a smile and helped me purchase new tires without any difficulty. He answered all my questions and made the entire experience pleasant. I would recommend TFT of Rocky Hill to anyone looking for friendly and efficient customer service.

I called for an appointment short notice and was helped by Levaughn. He made the process so easy for me because I was freaking out about me losing air rapidly from my front tires. I was able to get in fast and Levaughn made sure to talk me through the whole process and kept me updated on the status of my repairs during my appointment. I would definitely bring my car back to Town Fair Tire. Service was awesome ?

Mike at Town Fair Tire in Rocky Hill CT did a great job! He patiently and thoroughly explained both the technical and financial aspects of the top 3 tires recommended for my car. I appreciated his attention to detail and excellent customer service and I will be bringing my wife’s car to him soon!

While there was initially some frustrating miscommunication that resulted in a lot of leaving and coming back, Mike and Lavaughn were able to figure out the what the issue was and take care of it. I appreciate their patience and problem solving capabilities!

My car is lowered and they were able to get it on the alignment rack and get the alignment as close as they could. Wasn't perfect, but that's on me. Lowered it without all the correct adjustable components. Will be back once those are installed. I don't get alignments anywhere else.
