Been there twice, first time insurance was involved and the second time I paid out of pocket. Both times they were extremely professional, helped me out with information, fixed my car like new and saved me money. It’s hard to find someone you can trust today, but I will trust Tom a thousand times. He really helps you out and gives you the best options you can have.
I would recommend this place to anyone and give it 100 stars if I could.

Super friendly and helpful staff! We were in an accident and our fender was making noises. We went in and they were able to remove the fender so we could make it home! Thank you!

Walked in without an appointment and spoke with Tom. He took the time to come out and look at my car and gave me my two options. He suggested I go to the dealer for the paint color that he did not have. He was able to do the work the very next morning. I’m very happy from start to finish. We have worked with South End over the years for a handful of small repairs, and more recently (unfortunately), a more involved repair on a new car. While they have always been very honest, open and more than reasonable on the minor items, the job the Jaime and Tom did on the major rehab was worth commenting on.
