“quick and easy amazon UPS box-less return. I went to one closest to hartford which has terrible customer service and outright blatant refusal to accept any shipping or dropping off except from 5-6pm. They asked me to scan the QR code and print the label myself, put it on the box and tape it up and then come at 5pm. the QR code when you scan on your phone, it just pastes title of your item, not shipping label.Similar reviews and anticipated service for the one by west hartford. Thanks to other google reviews i drove the extra miles to come here, was surprised. i was expecting taping fee, scanning fee, like they do at the ones i mentioned above.”

“After a very poor customer service experience at Glastonbury i decided to call the west Hartford location to see if i would get some help beyond "you have to have the design in your email" (for business cards). I called print & marketing (in west hartford) , shared the nightmare i had at Glastonbury with Alyssa. She was so awesome! very understanding and even invited me to their location to help my situation. When i arrived i was so impressed ! i met Mike the manager there and he shared his sympathy with me but then not only helped me get my order right. He also guided me through the mobile app and helped me save some rewards points for the next visit. Between Alyssa and Mike i'll absolutely take that 20 min drive from Glastonbury for my business supply needs. Thank u guys so much !”

The personable, helpful and customer centered approach by Brandy at West Hartford, on both occasions, made the experience stress-free. I was shipping inherited goods overseas; during a very difficult time, Brandy was reassuring and really invoked trust in the company. She made certain the shipment was wrapped securely which kept everything protected. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and I'm so grateful I chose this DHL office to ship the items.Hence the fact that I've returned to DHL to send more treasured belongings for a second time. The person who called me expressed his concern that the result was likely not intended and offered an easy solution. I quickly sent over a higher quality image of what we were attempting to print and at no additional cost got the product we wanted in a high quality print. Suffice it to say, we are sending all future prints to this location. Thank you.”

“By far my favorite post office, they are kind every time you go, and they are extremely knowledgeable, and will help you ship something as cheaply as possible. One thing to note is a few years ago the post box in front got broken into and things stolen, and there is no camera on the front of the building! So if you’re mailing something important go inside to drop it off.”
