I went looking for three colors of lipstick. As a makeup newbie, I needed a lot of help figuring out which shades and brands would work for what I was looking for. The workers absolutely delivered. I felt like they were reading my mind, suggesting shades to me that I was having trouble thinking about how to describe!

Online experience since no category for it!Online experience horrible. Wanted 2 reorder diff size & rep claimed I never ordered online. Doubted myself, went back, confirmed, yes I did. Called again, rep said couldn't help unless using kohls card! What the hell; im still giving them business! it took 3 × to get shipping 2 my address & not Norwalk. it took me 3 times to put in discount code. Images should be clearer online & ordering should be a breeze.NOT!AWFUL!

So disappointed. The 40% on selected items was in the top leftt side and on the first line. Not only that the discount was not on the first line but DINA needed to bring her scanner so we could figure out that the DISCOUNT PRODUCT WAS ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT SIDE. Had to tell Dina that the discount is not supposed to be there because we got it for the top products she didn't even bother. Every other store would give the product with the discount if they made a mistake but not Dina. NEXT TIME GRAB A SCANNER AND GO TO SEPHORA so you can check the prices. So disappointed. Even my friends were feeling the same like me and got a bad taste for the store. Just lost a bunch of customers. Not going back there ever!

I went to Kohl's in Rocky Hill yesterday, in search of very specific black leggings. Well, I found them in every color but black. I circled the whole store, several times in search of one of those Kiosk machines, where you scan the item or you type it in, you can order it, with fast and free shipping. They don't have this kiosk machine.I finally came across a sales associate and I asked them if they could order the leggings for me, or direct me towards a store that has them in stock, she said no, they can't do that. I think my request was as basic as they come. What type of customer service is this?If you happen to go to Kohl's, currently all items with a yellow tag, are an additional 30% off. There's baby items, home items, kids items, kitchen gadgets, plenty of Easter decor.Keep an eye out on your email and your mail, for coupons. This Kohl's also has a Sephora.

My main complaint is that I'll go in there to buy socks.....and will be driving home with a bed spread, 2 pairs of jeans, a gym outfit for that night, a gift card or 2, a rice cooker.....and I'm just thinking..."how did this happen again?!." LOL jokes aside it's my favorite store - crazy discounts, coupons all the time - and the prices are great regardless - great customer service, and easy returns. Plus kohl's cash!! Love the app too!! Love how I can add all my coupons and kohls cash to the app!

Don’t bother doing part time seasonal work at Kohls.
Only got 4 hours a week for a month then no hours at all one week then when I finally had four hours had the stomach bug and couldn’t make it in. Tried calling the store all morning to give them time to cover the shift because their app kept giving error messages, and the phone never got answered for over two hours (good luck to any customers who try to call) but was finally able to book off with the employee app.
I then got locked out of the employee app and now seven days later without a peep from an actual person|manager I just got this email,
How unprofessional and rude, guess they’d rather their employees get sick at the register and infect the customers. ??♀️ cause the $50 ish dollars a week is worth their nonsense.
My first impression wasn’t that great anyway. Minimal instruction, training and communication from hiring manager.
Claimed to have left me new employee paperwork I never got but there was a pile of employee reprimands placed next to me at the computer I was placed at for the first four hours of my training.
Funny thing is one of the reprimands had an employee not showing up 6 times and yet that was just a warning.
Again unprofessional.

It’s so sad that it’s a pandemic and people with health issues can’t come out as often as they’d like to. The Kohl’s store does not stand behind their product. I bought a Fitbit for $149 and it doesn’t work, when I just went to return it today, they said it’s been over 30 days so there’s nothing they can do about it, even after I called and they said returns were available for 180 days, well there’s something I can do about it, I can let everybody on social media know that Kohls doesn’t stand behind their products that are defective that they sold. There’s many other places to go shopping and I guess that’s what I’ll be doing from now on. Anyone want a Fitbit that doesn’t work?

The best store on the planet has a great credit card. Only buy stuff on sale with a coupon and save. If something is not on sale it will be next week. If you pay full price it's expensive but if you have all the rewards you save like 50-70%

I used my Kohl's card to purchase a gift certificate a few months back. The recipient was unable to use the certificate, so I called Customer Service at Kohl's to try and resolve the matter. I was never provided with a confirmation, so I could not refer to that, so I provided my Kohl's card number and they had no record of it. I spent more than 1/2 hr trying to prove to Customer Service that I have an account, providing an assortment of information, only to repeatedly hear him say that there was no record of it. While I assured the customer service person that it was not his fault that Kohl's recordkeeping is rock bottom, I was utterly amazed that a company as well known as Kohl's could have severely disorganized records and truly pitiful service! There was no opportunity for me to answer a secret question, or password to release my ID. I had to repeatedly enter a security number that was never accepted. Kohl's really STINK! I have never had such bad service in my life!
