“I have never used a storage unit before. So I went to the nearest storage place. I was greeted by the manager who was very informative. He showed me around and was able to see a unit so I could gage how big I needed. The units are clean. I did check around for other facilities but ended up choosing extra space pricing was the best and I liked how clean the facility was.”

“Needed a storage unit pretty quickly and Ashley was AMAZING. she’s super helpful/knowledgeable and looked up other facilities to make sure i got what i was looking for. she also was so so kind and her whole attitude helped me feel so much less stressed about this whole process. i had to go back and switch my unit last minute and she was able to get a new one ready for me that day. the unit and facility were both clean and easy to access and use. i highly recommend this place (and ashley!)”

Tasha stands out though - she's always kind and helpful, and goes above and beyond to be available for customers.
I love how accessible the location has been throughout different occasions of needing additional storage.”
“Overall I'm finding Prime Storage to be grea - clean, well lit, easy to get in and out, secure, and the people working there have been friendly and helpful.
My one problem happened yesterday when I was bringing some boxes to the storage. There was no cart in the building. I was alone and had to carry all my things in one by one. I was told that there's a problem with people stealing them. I hope that they will be replaced. Maybe some sort of alarm could be put on them. It's too bad some people are so dishonest that they have to steal such things.”
“The move team was very professional and work to overcome several problems. One of which the truck couldn't make it to house. So the moved team unloaded it a mile away and reloaded into a u-haul and shuttled the loads to house and unloaded it again into the house.”
