They are very cordial and accommodating. Prescriptions are filled very rapidly, even if it's a new one.

Cvs was out of stock with a certain medication thankfully when calling rocky hill pharmacy Youseph was so helpful and patience and was able to give what we needed so thankful !!!

I have very very happy I moved over to the Rocky Hill Pharmacy. I've been using Walgreens for many years. Unfortunately Walgreen's seems to be very very under staffed. Major issues getting my prescriptions filled. I visiting nurse recommended The Rocky Hill Pharmacy. Outstanding service , very professional and a very clean and professional store/office. A big change have one on one service . I'm very happy I switched over to The Rocky Hill Pharmacy. 5 stars.

This pharmacy is one of the best I've ever used for my medical needs!!The owners are not just entrepreneurs. They are community supporters, patient advocates, and would selflessly assist you with what benefits you most as a customer.I've been going to this pharmacy for over a year now and I never encountered any bit of a problem. I may have encountered dozens of problems with my Doctor's office or insurance but the owners are always ready to help and give advice of what you can do.I'm always busy and don't have time to usually post comments about a business entity but I can't help myself to give back to this pharmacy's unending support. They have the fastest service in getting your medications ready if there are no issues from the doctors office, insurance, etc. You go in and out quick since your needs are quickly met.Let us support our local pharmacies!! You can talk to the owners yourself. You will never see and voice out your concerns directly on the owners or big bosses of CVS, Walmart Pharmacy, Walgreens, etc.!

Absolutely the best choice for a local community pharmacy. Not like the major chains that don't seem to care or are too busy for the patient. Individual professional service with a smile. Highly recommended.

The service is great. I go straight from my doctors office there, maybe 10 min and it's ready for me. They also have a lot of over the counter meds, and my questions are always answered. I've tried Walmart, CVS, Walgreens.....I'll call right when they open to tell them that I'm out if something and todays the day it gets filled...they say "sure it should be ready in about ..3-4 hours" I highly recommend them....quick, knowledgeable and polite. PS- if they or any pharmacy say that the insurance can't fill something yet....don't take it out lm them. Glad I switched! - Dmitri M

Rocky is by far the best pharmacist in the state of Ct.. He and his wife Judy are always compassionate, educated,empathetic and truly the best company. They always have your medicine in stock and you never have to wait for your prescriptions. When you get out of your car Rocky or Judy is at the counter with your prescriptions. If you have any questions he is there to help. I have never had to hear "we are out of this medicine and it will be 2 days and 3 hours wait when it arrives."" Those big pharmas do it all the time. That is a show of professionalism and care as a pharmacist. I won't go anywhere else and it's worth the drive.

Best pharmacy in CT! I switched from CVS after enduring 20min phone holds & long waits to get my prescriptions. The staff at RHCP are super friendly, professional, and very quick! When I arrived to get my new prescription filled, the pharmacist processed my insurance, counted my pills into the bottle & had it ready for me all in no more than 5min! I’m so glad to finally find a pharmacy I can trust. Friends and family had been recommending this pharmacy to me and they were not wrong. Excellent service. If you live around the area or even if you’re willing to drive a little bit, I highly recommend the RHCP.

Excellent service. Best pharmacy I ever had experienced. I started using this pharmacy 4 years back and never visited any other. Owner is very kind and soft spoken. Always helpful with any question. I am glad to have this Pharmacy near by.

hands down the best pharmacy i have ever been too! i never have to wait for my prescription!! they’re so friendly and always so nice to my 2 year old son!! i have tried many pharmacies and there’s always an issue with the chain ones. you end up waiting hours for your script, get an attitude, or even when i would call ahead and ask when it would be ready id show up an hour after the time just to give them a little extra time and it would never be ready!!! anytime you go to a pharmacy and it’s not ready they tell you between 20 mins to an hr! not here it’s done in less than 5 mins!!!! i will never go anywhere else!!!!
