We usually call them when we are in need of repairs or servicing on our computers here in the office. Their communication over the phone is excellent. They are very quick to respond. They usually send the first person available first thing in the morning. I have never been down out of service due to neglect on their part. They've always been right on the ball. There are couple of different technicians that come to do the work. Depending on the type of problem, the time it takes them to fix something varies, but they always let us know whether it's going to take a while or be a quick fix. They're all very good. I have had no problems, and I can confidently recommend their services. Hopefully, they will do the same good work for you, which I am sure they will deliver on.”
