Very clean and the staff are above and beyond nice, I've had multiple employees go out of their way to help me. You absolutely cannot beat the quality of all there is to offer in this store.

I love this shop. It's so convenient and has a huge selection of anything you might need from vapes to cigarettes to cigars to hookahs. I know of 3 guys that work the there. Two of them are super friendly and pleasant. The one with the glasses and balding is SO RUDE. I really dislike the disgusting customer service by throwing my card down and not to mention the sketchy transactions. I'm not one to contest a transaction but on multiple occasions I've reviewed my bank account to find the one product I buy charged at a higher rate than the other two guys. This guy seriously needs to go......eating while tendering my transaction? Seriously?

THIS STORE IS 100% THE BEST FOR ALL PEOPLE WHO VAPE OR SMOKE TOBACCO. This is not just a head shop which so many people think. People if your not going here- u r missing out. This place has dominated the vapor industry in Rocky Hill (and nobody even.knows). They have traditional and salt based nicotine from Salt Bae and Mr. Salty, +much more for $13.99!!!! If you go into any specific "vape" shop your paying too much.
