I’ve been going to Hick’s Repair for years and I wouldn’t take my cars to anyone else. They are 100% honest and trustworthy. I first went to them after hearing about them from a guy I worked with who took his and his wife’s car to Hick’s. I had taken my car to one of those quick oil change places and they did a “free inspection” and told me I needed hundreds of dollars in repairs. Hick’s told me I’d been lied to and all my car needed was a filter replaced. I’ve been going back to Hick's ever since. You can trust Al and the guys completely and in today’s world of shady automobile mechanics trying to rip you off that is worth its weight in gold!

I come from New Britain because Hicks is Honest, Fair and the Quality of their work is outstanding , all of their technicians are knowledgeable. I bring both of my cars and have other family members going there also. I highly recommend them !! ??

I guess this is the best repir shop that I have come across. Got my BMW serviced few days back. The unknown issue not identified by any other repair shop has gone away with Hicks repair. Thanks for a excellant service Hicks.- Sreeman

From the phone call requesting a quote to bringing my car into the shop I knew my car was in the right hands. The mechanics are both knowledgeable and capable with fair rates. I am so impressed with the work that Hicks Garage did that I know I’ll be back if and when my car needs any more work done. Thank you Hicks! My AC wasn’t working for almost two months and bringing it to other mechanics , no one could figure out the issue , I was sick of being without a car and especially having no AC during this hot summer. I decided to give the guys at hicks a call. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I made an appointment a few weeks in advance. I dropped my car off sunday night , and by monday afternoon at 1pm my car was already done. I was shocked. I was expecting the job to take at least a few days. I also had a rear tail light that was out and they offered to order the part for me and told me to come back the next day and they would change it for me. I came back and it was taken care of within an hour. The mechanics at hicks are wonderful. They have been doing this for many years and know what they’re doing. They’re the guys you can trust ! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else but hicks in the future !!
