From the minute I walked into GGCF, it’s felt like home. Everyday is a new challenge which I love. The coaches are very knowledgeable and give you appropriate scaling options for your fitness level while still challenging you. Great place, first time I felt comfortable working out in a community. Super supportive, the coaches are tremendously supportive in your personal work out growth. The sense of community and belonging helps you feel like you have a stable safe haven to destress in and better yourself. Highly recommend!

Coach Kyle is the most supportive and motivational coach I've ever worked with. He is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness as well as nutrition. At Golden goose CrossFit you will be pushed to the max whether you're an elite level athlete or someone who has never stepped foot in a gym before. He will find your weaknesses, scale to your needs, correct said weaknesses, and make you an all around better athlete and healthier person. The community and experience offered at Golden goose is unparalleled. Just when you thought you were going to give up, you're being pushed by your fellow gym mates who are down in the trenches with you. As someone with a powerlifting background, the community gives me the extra push to leave my comfort zone and explore other aspects of fitness which translate great into every-day life as well as my pre-existing strength regiment. The space is very open with all the equipment you'd ever want, including various strongman implements and other fun toys. There is never a lack of room and plenty of space outdoors when you're looking for some fun in the sun. An added bonus Still Hill brewery just a walk away. If you're on the fence about golden goose, drop in, meet Kyle, and talk to the people who are there working out! It is no surprise golden goose is the premier CrossFit experience in the Middletown/Hartford region!

Kyle is a fantastic trainer and does such great work out with groups in individuals would highly recommend him for anyone seriously looking to get fit and learning crossfit workouts or transferring from some place else.
