“Such a hidden gem! A friend and I stopped in after kayaking to get iced cream. They have so many flavors of ice cream and it was delicious. We then went into the store and were surprised to see how extensive a collection they have of wonderful gifts. I grew up nearby and had no idea this incredible place was nearby. “What an amazing place to find gifts for your loved ones! Honestly, whether you're shopping for a 9 month old or a 90 year old, you'll find something here!! My gift was the hit of the party before it was even opened...the gift wrapping that they provided at no additional charge was unbelievable. I bought a gift for my sister's shower, and she said she didn't even want to open it because it was so beautifully wrapped! But once she opened it, everyone was asking me where I got it from. It was a great experience and the girls working there were very helpful seeing I wasn't even sure of what I was looking for to begin with. I'll definitely make this my first stop for all gifts! This store also has clothing...bought myself a beautiful sun dress!!!”

“I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”

It is so filled with all sorts of nicknacks, you will be overwhelmed if you don't know what you're looking for.You'll find jewelry, hair accessories, Christmas ornaments, clothing, candles, home decor and more.The more you walk around the more you'll discover of what they have here.They also have a sale section by the front in the corner.The girls who work here, were all involved in private conversations, none of them were helping any customers. If you were to ask them something, you'd have to interrupt their important conversation. There were a few locations of this store, but now there's just this one left. It's easy to spend some time browsing through everything.”

“Nathan, the delivery driver was exceptional! I had placed a delivery and accidentally transposed the house number incorrectly. He was so kind to call to ensure that I had the right address and even called back to tell me that they were undeliverable because the recipient wasn't home. He patiently waited as I contacted the person and gave him the o k to leave the gift at the door. I appreciated his genuine concern for leaving the item outside as it was warm and he did not want it to get ruined. This was exceptional service and he was very polite and professional. “While trying to kill some time, I decided to check this store out for the first time & see if they had some cute notebooks or interesting materials. From the name, I was picturing something related to The Office, where they sell various types of high-end paper products. Additionally, I had recently watched a show based in NY, that had an actual store catered to writers, list keepers, etc. So I had expectations set. When I stepped in, I realized it was a Hallmark store on steroids. I'm not saying I was disappointed, just wrong. The store has many great items. Fashionable clothing, trinkets, gadgets, games, books, cards & feminine notebooks sprinkled in between. I did make a purchase & found some interesting items that I may return for later. The store itself is well maintained, properly staffed & customer service is very pleasant.”
