They happily collected my payments. When my rate began to climb I contacted them.. nothing; no response. I called and talked to an inept assistant. No help. Have never talked to Eric ever. He doesn't seem to care. When they took me off of autopay they were very quick to call for new payment info however. When I talked to the office gal she was condescending and defensive and when I transferred her to someone to get it straightened out she thought it was appropriate to mock me with him. Thanks, that was my son. Fail. We immediately switched insurance agents and carriers.

As a mortgage lender (Northeast Financial LLC, Middlefield) I refer home buyers to insurance providers & at the top of that list is Stefano Izzo with AllState via Ekblade Rynaski. Lots of brokers I know refer to him. Stefano is fast, efficient, and 99% of the time has the lowest quote. He makes it so easy for the buyer & as a lender I appreciate that he sends me the binder so quickly, & if we need changes last minute such as just before a closing he is on top of it.

Really disappointed to find out I'm being charged double what other insurance companies are quoting me for auto insurance. When I called to discuss my premium as a single woman with no claims or tickets I was told, well everything is expensive....2400 per year vs 1400-1600. Get ready to write that refund check Allstate!

I cant say in my years of having Allstate if I actually spoke to Eric. Allstate turned into a very expensive insurance company for my family and me and Eric office was trying to force me to keep my brother on my policy as a full time driver even though he is in school over a 100 miles away and does not have a vehicle ( most insurance companies will give you a very big discount with those circumstances). Allstate said they could lower it but only Eric's office could only do it and well his office said no. so I switched to progressive and am saving over 1200 every 6 month so yeah. were they a bad insurance company no but didn't real care to keep my business until after I left.

I have been with Allstate for many years now. I have the worst luck when it comes to windshields and being struck in parking lots, etc. It is always my car getting hit so I have many no fault claims on my policy. It is always an easy process and my agent and claims reps are easy to work with! Eric Ekblade is the best agent ever!!

I recently moved to Rocky Hill and wanted to switch to Allstate to bundle all of my coverages together. When I called I connected with an associate named Corinne and she was great! She knew the answers to all my questions and provided me with clear, concise information on the pricing which ultimately led to me switching! Thank you Corinne!
