So I usually don’t leave bad reviews. Ever! This is my first time doing this and because the owner just gave me no choice with his rudeness. I have ordered from this location a lot of times and I’ve had a few issues but not as bad as the one I just received on Sunday, 2/25/24!!! My friend send my son a “Get Well Soon” arrangement and it was bad!!! Brown and old fruit. Disgusting!! The owner just told me that the fruit is not good after 3 days but this arrangement has been sitting in his fridge for at least 1 week before it was sent to me. I have the pics from Sunday, 2/25 when it arrived and Monday, 2/26 and you let me know if that’s fresh fruit! He won’t deliver a new one… he said he’ll give me store credit at some point!!! And not even for the amount that the arrangement cost… for less!!! But not today or tomorrow he said!!! What a joke!!! Great customer service after spending hundreds in this store over the years!!! Never again!!! I would give him 0 stars for his attitude and nastiness towards customers!! Very disappointed in this location! I’ll make sure that anyone I know won’t ever order from this location.

They would get a zero if I didn’t need the star to comment was very rude called said they had everything show up and on a limited selection worst customers service I’ve experienced and I shop at edible arrangements often but this location sucks

I made a last min Valentine’s Day purchase. Called to check the status of my order delivery, #1 the system wasn’t functioning, #2 when I spoke to the store owner he was unwilling to even check or update me if it was even going to be delivered. “My system is down and I’m too busy to check”, “we deliver till 9pm tonight”. That’s nice and all but my elder mother is not awake that late so I wanted to some how coordinate. Some customer service. I won’t be using this location again.

The online ordering was easy to do and didn't take much time to complete. It was processed right away, and the delivery done on the date requested. Very satisfied with the online service.

I ordered something a few days ago and the recipient did not seem pleased. She said most of the fruit (minus the strawberries) seemed stale/didn't taste good. She even showed me pictures. I called customer service, received a Voicemail back, but upon returning the call, have not heard back. In the Voicemail, the manager seemed dismissive as he stated that there have been no other complaints. I will not be ordering from here again.

I have ordered from EA in the past and this is the first time the experience was not a good one. I chose morning delivery, as that was an option and was told the business did not offer this. Then I had to track down a status twice and was told I was contacted, which was not true. Finally my order was delivered mid afternoon and the recipient was very surprised! From the picture she sent, it was the item I chose which I was pleased about. Thank goodness the order was completed accurately!

Edible Arrangements deserves a solid five-star review! The entire process, from ordering to delivery, was a breeze. Despite my last-minute request, they delivered on time without any issues. I had some issues with the wrong address. They were so responsive and helpful and reached out to me to alert me. We are able to get the edible arrangement out in a timely fashion even though I had made an error on the address. Great customer service - Thank you!

EA made a special day and extra special experience. The driver contacted the recipient that they were in route. She asked if it can be dropped off not to far away at work and they did!!! She got to enjoy her treats with her coworkers :-)

Our sales person at the Rocky Hill CT store was fabulous. She helped us pick out a beautiful arrangement for friends that help through a difficult time, I was concerned about sending fruit in the summer but it arrived just as she said and our friends Loved it! Go to Edible Arrangements in Rocky Hill if you want something special!

The person who took my order was fantastic! The arrangement was better than expected and arrived exactly to my instructions (limited window due to a funeral). The workers were very sensitive to my needs. The recipients had never gotten an edible arrangements bouquet before and they are nearby, so you may have gained a steady new customer because I was so well taken care of, great customer service, wonderful product, and an all-around excellent purchase- well worth it when you receive such good service! It made them smile at such a sad time! Thank you so much!

Great!! The online ordering was beyond smooth and very user friendly. My order was delivered on time and it was “as ordered” and looked delicious! They loved it!! I highly recommend!
