This pharmacy cost me $200! I was filling an emergency prescription for my son at this location and was told a prior authorization was required. I had to pay $200 out of pocket for 15 pills. The pharmacist should have contacted my pediatricians office to advise of the prior auth and retro actively cover the prescription. They didnt follow up and take care of that, they just happily took my money. When I contacted CVS caremark for a reimbursement, they denied it due to the prior auth even though the follow-up refill was covered and now authorized! In order to send in the reimbursement form, I had to get a signature from a pharmacist at this location. The younger pharmacist here flat out refused to sign the reimbursement form because she had "never seen it before" (keep in mind this is a form from the company where she works!!). I had to contact another location and let them know what happened in order to get things moving.
Even when trying to speak to someone on the phone there is always a long wait, everytime. Trust me I have had to contact this location at least a dozen times for this issue.
So now I'm out $200 for a prescription that now refills for $1.67. Thanks for the horrific experience CVS!

The pharmacy staff at most CVS stores is very professional, but the staff here was downright rude.

Always is something with them. Never have any prescriptions in stock. If it's not one thing is the other.

I am very grateful for this local CVS store as this store is very close to where I just moved to, and everytime I've gone to this new store (for me), the staff have been very polite, courteous and helpful when I request assistance. \nI am on disability and have PTSD after surviving a devastating house fire in 2015 and most of my meds are still getting filled at a different CVS pharmacy. I just started using a new medication and I had it filled at this more local CVS store. \nThe medication has a history of being back ordered for over a month, but I received a text that theed was available the next day! (Vyvanse). The generic was already on back order and because of my condition, I just wanted what ever would arrive the fastest!\nThe pharmacy staff were very busy, very kind, and of course very professional. The man working the front of the store (very big muscles), was extremely helpful and very helpful!

I was taken care by both Mark and Matt and they were amazing. Always with a great attitude, very helpful, and they made me feel they cared to make sure I had all I needed. Their customer service went above expectations.

The store is above average but the pharmacy, the department which dispenses life saving drugs, is an absolute joke and should be avoided, if possible.

These folks are always there for me when I need them. Even though they aren't the closest to me anymore, I continue to return for the exceptional customer service and care.

Regarding vaccines: the service is excellent. Online scheduling for the 13 types of vaccines available is simple and very practical; It is also possible to use the website in Spanish, but if you are unable to schedule an appointment, simply arrive at any unit and ask for the vaccine, they will also assist you without an appointment.
For COVID-19, vaccines are currently free, for other vaccines you may need to pay if you do not have health insurance.
I was well looked after and the pharmacist was kind. I recommend! ☺️

Since i just moved to the area, I Had some very urgent prescriptions transferred to this location. After having the scrips for 6 hours they still sat in a "In Process" status. Tried calling the pharmacy only to get put on hold for 30+ minutes every time. This was my first and last time using CVS for this service.

i get DAILY reminder texts about prescriptions even when i don't have any to pick up, and when i DO go to pick up, the wait is astronomical. i just sat in the pharmacy drive-thru for 10 minutes and never once saw someone help the person waiting in front of me. went inside only to stand in a 4 person line with NO ONE helping THEM either! it's better business practice to help the customers in-house first guys; talk about a waste of my life!! don't text me if you have zero intentions of assisting me!
