“Went to the cafe for just a few minutes the other day while my partner picked up a book, and the staff were really nice! James prepared my chai latte perfectly and was very kind. On another occasion I was in need of some empty cardboard boxes and I was really glad I was able to get some from the staff here since they were just about to recycle them”

“Love bookstores. And this is a lovely one. Big, spacious, and well stocked. They have a DVD, Blue-Ray and music CD section too, but suspect not too many people go this section. It have a Starbucks branded cafe on premise, so if you wanna get a cuppa. If you have some time, love books, and are in West Hartford, go check it out.”

“You'll find a great selection of Hawks gear here! Some people complain about how expensive the merchandise is, but they fail to realize that nothing these days is cheap. You weren't forced to buy that hoodie.”

“The bookstore here is nice and contains all of your basic school supplies. You can get headphones, paper, pens, and books. It's more expensive than going to an office supply store, but if you're short on time and need something for class, you can probably get what you need here.”

“The Atlantic Law Book Company, established over sixty years ago, publishes in-depth books on the substantive and procedural aspects of Connecticut civil and criminal law. Atlantic has twelve titles at present, marketed in Connecticut and other states, and used by practitioners and judges in this state. The books are all written by law professors, lawyers or judges who are recognized experts in their respective fields. The material is updated regularly, usually by annual pocket supplements. Every book will have with it, at no extra cost, the latest supplement. Purchasers will be placed on a mailing list for future supplements which they may accept and pay for, or return, as they choose. From time to time, Atlantic will have special offers which will appear in these pages. As new publications occur, they will be noted here. In addition to its own publications, Atlantic is an authorized agent for the State with regard to the sale of the General Statutes of Connecticut as well as the Connecticut Public and Special Acts. While supplies last, sets of the latest versions of these items can be purchased.”

“I've been coming to this bookstore for about three years now, and never had a problem. They do their best to bring you any textbook you need, and if they don't have a certain one, they'll either give you a timeframe of when to expect it or recommend you to check somewhere else.”

“I really love USJ. I am a very laid back person who likes quiet, and I love that USJ is a very quiet campus which is the perfect environment to get work done. I am a nursing major here, and I am amazed at the knowledge of the professors and how willing to help they are. There are so many resources for assistance if needed & it's great to know people care about you at school. I highly recommend attending USJ if you are not looking for a party school, but a laid back campus with great academics.”

“This is a modest house, a second house this Block Buster author, probably equivalent to Star Wars of the time, built for herself...yes, this was before women were legally allowed to own her own property in the US! I was surprised at the popularity of Uncle Tom's cabin..you see a room of after effects not only in books and paraphernalia, but on wall paper produced at the time and restaurants being named after it. Our guide was a fantastic woman with a degree is sociology and it came through. She was friendly and open and made our tour interactive. She truly made our tour special. I learned so much about the time Stowe lived in and the Protestant minister father who made her a Catholic! Her 5 brothers all became ministers like their father...the two brothers who did not cut it, committed suicide! I felt immersed in the time while touring.”
