“The folks at Brookfield couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when I pulled up with my damaged car after been sideswiped by a truck, hours from home, a few weeks ago. I was shaken and exhausted, and they were so reassuring and pleasant, and they quickly got me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental to get me back on my way. Over the following weeks, they were responsive and kind every time I called to check on my car, and the day I finally came to pick it up again, my car looked great and the pickup was super fast and easy. “We brought our highlander to get fixed here. I highly recommend. Job was not done the greatest at first ONLY due to the after market parts used. My husband pointed out the details we had noticed with our bumper not sitting flush as it was before. However, Sabrina was very professional & understanding. She took the time to work with the insurance company and get the OEM parts needed for our vehicle so the car looked like it originally was. Turned out beautiful in the end. Thanks to her and her team for the great job done! We would bring our cars here any time for auto body repair if needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I went to Kenwood Auto Body yesterday to see if they could fix the rear bumper of my car. I backed into something and pushed in the corner of the bumper. The owner took one look at the bumper and said no problem he could fix it. 20 minutes later he had pushed out the dent and it looked great. He only charged me $50 to fix it. I had gone to Schaller Auto Body the day before and was told the bumper couldn’t be pushed out and they wanted to charge me $1700 to fix it. I would recommend Kenwood Auto Body for any type of body work. The level of service was excellent. I’ll never go back to Schaller again and I’ve gone there several times not just for body work but auto work as well.”
“Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Joel was so kind and helpful all the way from the consultation through the work done. I came to get my hood sanded down and repainted due to rock chips over time. I am so happy with the result. The hood looks perfect now and he went above and beyond buffing out a scratch that was on the side of my car too. Also I got back into my car to leave and realized the interior was detailed. I am blown away by how brilliant this experience was. Thank you so much Joel!”

“I had my car repaired by them after a road rage accident, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Lily was wonderful to work with and made the whole process easier than I was expecting. She kept me informed and made a stressful situation so much easier.
They handled almost everything directly with my insurance, which I really appreciated because I just didn’t have the mental space to deal with it after the accident. When I dropped my car off, they clearly explained what would be done, and at pickup, they walked me through everything that was completed which was so helpful as someone that doesn’t have a clue about cars.
They did an incredible job with the repairs and even cleaned the inside, which was a nice touch. I’m so grateful for the care and professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommend but hoping I won’t need them again ?”
