Tegan and Linda were very helpful today and got me in and out with my fresh salmon very efficiently. Their manager Whitney was so sweet in making sure everything was OK and that I had a great experience.

Body is my go-to place for daily shopping, and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s conveniently located right across the street, which makes it super easy to stop by for groceries or essentials. The staff is absolutely wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I need. The store is clean, well-stocked, and organized, which makes shopping a breeze. Whether it’s fresh produce, pantry items, or last-minute needs, I know I can rely on BigY for quality and great service every day!

Customer service is horrible I’m never greeted when I come into this establishment but they're sure to watch you and make you feel uncomfortable.They have strange policies, I was just given the run around trying to purchase a prepaid visa. I come here only for convenience but won’t any more.

Not the first second or third time the pizza came out hard and crunchy, I go to big y because their pizza is soft, if I wanted brick oven pizza i would go elsewhere

Store hours are until 9PM. I came at 8:53 to grab milk for my son, doors are locked. Employees are at the exit trying to push people out quickly. Totally unprofessional for a corporate company. I could've went in, bought my milk and been out by 8:56 latest. Lazy employees trying to get home early.

Good price for ribs with No limit on sale items like some grocery stores. They ran out of a certain item and the employee took time to check for more but was unsuccessful. Checkout was good (self). Plenty of parking spaces available and the store is clean. Decided to try another Big Y to complete my shopping. Will repeat and recommend as I was recommended. First time since the late 1990s shopping Big Y.

I had an interaction with a very rude manager once. I actually like BigY. Unfortunately, I don't think there has ever been a time when I felt comfortable in this supermarket. I hate to say it, but it's probably my skin tone. A few weeks ago I picked up some Nyquil because I was feeling sick. The lady by the self-checkout immediately rushed over, looked at me from head to toe and said "Why are you buying Nyquil? Are you sick???".
