I am always very pleased when I walk into AutoZone and see that Luis A. is behind the counter. He is always professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Today, he went above and beyond the call of duty to install a headlight that I purchased at AutoZone. I was so thankful. It was a bit tricky to access, but he very kindly got the job done! It is because of the service I get from Luis that I go to AutoZone for all of my purchases. You are very lucky to have him on your staff!

Worst customer service ever. 3 people working with no customer and cannot even help customer to find product. Expecting customer to get product on their own. Making jokes and laughing.

I can’t say enough about how fabulous these ladies were. I was stuck in a parking lot nearby their location with a dead battery and not only were they incredibly helpful over the phone but they also came to replace and exchange my battery! Sakeena and Shae you ROCK!!!! Thanks ladies!

Needed help with the battery. They tested it, and they warranty was almost out, so we got a new battery, but you don't get a second warranty on the replacement battery, only the receipt if the new battery gives us trouble.Service was great. They knew how to put the battery in and clean the terminals. We were in a predicament and had driven there, and now no more check engine lights.Rocky Hill Connecticut Auto Zone I live you.?

I was in CT for a funeral when my key fob low battery warning light started to display on my car. I was a little stressed thinking I might get locked out of my car if the fob stopped working. I didn't know which battery to get or how to change it so I went to the Autozone Store in Rocky Hill to get help. Julio and Christian were both wonderful. They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to replace the battery in my fob. More importantly, they were kind.They acknowledged and helped me in my time of confusion and need. While replacing the battery may be a small act to some, they displayed a great deal of kindness, which is unfortunately too rare these days.
