“I had an amazing experience with ACT Audio. I had blown a speaker and was also considering having a sub installed. Steve was super helpful and walked me through a variety of options, providing suggestions to make things more cost effective. Had everything installed about a week later. Steve and the other staff members kept me updated throughout the process, which was pretty quick. The waiting room was nice as well. This is a great business and it's clear that they truly care about their clients. Should I need any other upgrades in the future, I'll definitely be back!”

“Fantastic experience. Brian the owner was great. He repaired my difficult flip up/sliding problematic sunroof with no issues. I also had my upholstery re-done while he had the old sunroof out and he offered a discount to do that with it. Came out fantastic. Highly recommend. Will do business with them in the future if my cars need this kind of work done again.”

My laptop was giving me issues and I needed it for school the next day. I thought that I was going to have to buy a new one. The company even coined the phrase "BrainFreeze" in honor of their world's favorite frozen drink. 7‑Eleven was the first convenience store to offer ATM services.I went next door to grab pizza but didn't want to pay $5 for 2 liter soda and decided to stop at 7-Eleven to buy the same at half the price. 7‑Eleven is a convinince store and once the largest chain in the world making reputable name in the franchise business.I have seen more options at the franchise store in Asian countries than USA. My transaction was simple, quick and efficiently checked out by friendly staff.”

“I went to Verizon in South Windsor and worked with Stevens. One of the advantages was that he is bilingual and bicultural. He is and excellent worker. He took the patience to help me with a lot of issues that I had with the phone that I need to trade. I called customer care 4 times with the same issue and no one helped me. I went another Verizon in Ct and he was the only one and the other customer center guy name Juan that fixed the problem I had. Thank you to Stevens and Juan for the help.”

I visited today (12/22) during peek holiday hours and the store was well organized and all of the customers were being attended too in an orderly fashion.
