I have been visiting this shop for about a year previously but was out of town for a little less then a month. When I came back I found that nearly half the products were no longer being carried by the store, the price for several of my common purchases had doubled ($10 changing to be $20) and the new staff were distinctly unhelpful. One new staff member was unable to give me any recommendations when I was looking for a replacement they no longer carried (he seemed to only be able to say "I don't know bruh I just started here"). The other staff member I encountered last time I went was rude as can be when I inquired about the price change. She literally snatched the product off the counter and pointed to the door when I asked why there was such a heavy increase in price. I also have found out that the manager of this location has changed and I think that might be why the quality of this location has gone so far downhill. I mean, literally before I returned from my trip I would have happily recommended this business. Now though? I cannot recommend avoiding it enough! That shouldn't be too difficult given the other nearby vape and smoke shops. Honestly its a shame as the previous staff was delightful, kind, and very knowledgeable. I hope whoever has taken over this store can make some changes to how they run it now.

Don't go here I just tried to return a coil that doesn't fit my vape the woman working there said I got it wrong. Nope then she argued with me about it and finally threw a bag of gummies at me . Totally uncalled for. I didn't appreciate the attitude either I'll never go there again.

Worst place ever. They sell SO many fake products which don't work and then they refuse to give you a refund or exchange it for one that works! I have bought from here multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and EVERY time I'm disappointed. Every time I buy something from here there's a problem. I.e battery on product is already dead or leaking juice. I just went in for the last time after having bought 2 Myle ecigs. Took them both home, the first one worked and went to open the second one which did not. I went back to the store to ask for a new working one and she flat out told me no, there's nothing we can do. She told me just to throw that one out and buy a new one....so now I have to pay for their fake merchandise that doesn't work and there's nothing I can do about it. This place is TERRIBLE. After spending HUNDREDS of dollars here and telling my friends to go there, I can assure you none of us will ever be going back.

Nice place and well organized. They had a Lot of products to choose from. Staff was welcoming and helpful. My favorite thing about this place is there extensive flavors of the disposable myles .

Good spot. Friendly vibe. Came all the way out here because the laws in my state prohibit sales of flavored e juice. I am sure since NY and NJ has banned it, states like CT are getting a lot of their business as of late. Got everything I needed here and drove back home nice and easy. I will be back for more once I run out again.

Great selection of cigars and vapes but if you purchase a vape and it doesn’t work or its faulty they won’t replace, exchange or anything of that nature. $20 vape that broke less than 2 weeks after purchase and they’ll lose a customer over it. Bad business practice!
