low down people with shady business practices they will for sure get shut down one day. You can see right through them within the first 2 minutes. Have to openly claim they "do things by the book" to make themselves feel better. Extremely fake and phony.

Classless customer service and I'm sure management as well based on how the employees are. Rude and snotty. I'm sure this place just must be a revolving door for employees based on my shipping experience here.

This place has very cute clothes but horrible service, honestly one of the worst services I have experienced. The staff was just straight up rude. I asked for the price and they said it’s on the tag, like clearly it wasn’t. They just kept yelling at all of my friends and I. They were cursing at my friend for a simple sneeze. I will never go back here just because of the nasty employees. They need to be fired if they want their store to stay open any longer.

I came in the store today extremely anxious and shaking trying to quickly find a pair of pants and leave. I was pacing through the store and I admit was probably a distressing sight. Within 2 minutes though, I had chosen a pair of pants and asked the young sales associate helping me for a size small. The older woman who was clearly annoyed with me being in the store in my state said across the room, “are you sure that size is going to fit you?”. I was so taken aback that I bought the pants and left. The $70 overalls are too long and big on me, but I’m too embarrassed to enter the store again. I know how challenging customer service work can be, yet I can’t see how shaming a customer could be considered okay. Wouldn’t recommend even though they have lovely items.

Shopping for the wife can be intimidating but Whim was freshing. The owner (I believe) was incredibly helpful and sweet.
