I would have rated my experience today higher based on Talbots reputation however I feel compelled not only for myself but others to express disappointment in the Ridgefield, Ct branch. The Sales Associates clearly need additional training in Customer Service Orientation.

Remember the scene from pretty woman when they told her she couldn't afford the dress.... These women working there have the same attitude like this place is upscale and expensive give me a break nothing but snot nose workers!!!!!
