Beware. The service center rips you off. Especially if you are a woman. 4 x the amount for an oil change and when you confront them they are rude and refuse to speak with you. Go anywhere else.

I paid for 4 megamillion tickets. 2 sets of numbers on each ticket for $8 in total. The guy gave me 2 numbers on 1 ticket and 1 on the other. I went back for 1 more ticket which is what I paid for. He gave me my $4 back and wouldn't sell me any more tickets for his mistake. I will never go back there. Gas is way overpriced too.

I just simply called to ask for the gas prices there & the number google has is apparently the service center. The guy told me he didn't have time to look at the prices & hung up on me. So he had no time to look right in front through a window from the service center side for his own location but he could get up & pick up his landline phone to answer my call?Whether he is the service side or not customer service reflects on Shell. Bad sign about this location just from a phone call.

So agree with the review of Bakhridhi below.Stopped by to get my emissions test and the technician was really rude and had an unfavorable attitude. He just dint know how to respond I guess. Could have totally avoided this encounter early morning. Yikes!I left not having the test done due to his attitude and got it done at Valero/ Limestone.

Terrible customer service! Buyer beware! We experienced an issue with pump 6. Although it occurred in December, 2020, I have no confidence that it has been corrected. Check your credit card statements because you may have been fraudulently charged additional money. I have been trying to resolve my fraudulent credit card charge for months and to no avail after multiple conversations with the Shell station manager. The credit card reader at pump 6 was not working, so we backed up to pump 8 and that worked. After reviewing my credit card statement, I realized we had 2 charges from Shell on the same day and knew that was wrong. After several attempts to correct this issue, not only with the manager, but also with my credit card company, I have still not gotten resolution. The manager at the station seemed helpful at first, but then with every return call that I made stating it was not resolved, instead of the manager taking ownership of his failed equipment, he told me to essentially do the follow up and referred me to other places to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service! I will not be returning to this station ever and perhaps it doesn't matter to the manager or Shell, but it should matter to us the customers. So please be vigilant about looking over your credit card statements because this station has issues with their equipment and are unwilling to help and do the right thing.

Stop by for emission test , and the technician was very unpleasant, with a lots of attitude. Won't service my at this location ever again. There is another testing station up the road toward Danbury two minutes away.

This review is long overdue. I dropped my Ford Flex off in June for an emissions test and mentioned that my air conditioning hadn't been working for a year. I had been to 3 mechanics and none had been able to figure it out. One suggested a $2,000 repair that might work. I only mentioned it so they wouldn't let the car sit in the sun all day and then do the test. Dave offered to have a look at the air conditioning and I said good luck with that. He called me a couple hours later to let me know I had passed the emissions test and he had figured out the air conditioning problem. The valve where the test machine was hooked up was faulty. None of the other mechanics had tested this simple part. $250 later and my air conditioning was fixed! My husband & I now call Dave the Flex Whisperer. I've since been back for oil changes, brakes, headlight and a noisy exhaust. They have fixed everything correctly and with reasonable cost. It's really hard to find a good mechanic. I'm so glad I found Dave and his team. Juan & Freddy are awesome also.

I had visited Copps Hill Shell previously for state inspection and found them to be quick and easy peasy. So when my car was due for an oil change/general checkup, I decided to give them a try. I drive an '05 Jaguar that is basically a Ford wearing fancy pants, but I love it. They did a great last minute oil change, topped off my washer fluid, and informed me that one of my tires was a little lower on pressure than the others, so we should keep an eye on it in the near future. Very pleased with the quick, local service.

The new owner of the repair shop is rude and the customer service is extremely poor. I had high Hope's for the change. Disappointed.

Highly recommend. I brought my Audi in the have the CEL checked. Turned out to be a cracked PVC Baffle. Part was sourced and replaced same day. Next day my check engine light came back on so I brought my car back. Dave and team went through a bunch of tests and resolved the issue no extra costs. Good honest guys over there. Like I said I drive an Audi so I'm sure I'll have something else go wrong again soon and I'll feel good about bringing it to these guys

Gas station is fine and does a great job but customer service with new management in garage is rude and terrible. I don't know if Ridgefield will be able to put up with this behavior . I miss the old owner

This station is a total ripoff. They consistently charge $0.40 more per gallon than the Valero down the road. Why anyone would be stupid enough to buy gas there is beyond me.
