Very rude pharmacist who gets annoyed when asked simple questions. She has very poor customer service skills, walks away when someone is speaking to her either at the inside counter or drive through. This location has consistently incompetent and disorganized staff that cannot find prescriptions and “misplaces” them.

I appreciate the service here at the Ridgefield Rite Aid. A competitor gave my grandmother a hard time using a manufacturer coupon from her doctor. I had the order transferred to rite aid and they filled it with no issue. She was thrilled! Thank you for the help!

Hey Rite Aid, If you're gonna close your pharmacy on the weekend, you either should let your patrons know about it ahead of time or do a better job of filling prescriptions before the weekend. I requested a refill at 11:30AM on Friday for a very common prescription that has always been filled same day. Didn't happen. Oh, well, no problem, I thought. I'll pick it up on Saturday. Nope.

I've used this store since it was Genovese. I don't know what has happened to the staffing in the pharmacy but a script I've been getting there for eight years I can't seem to fill. It's been three weeks I still don't have it. I'm so disappointed. When George an Jeannie were there things ran so smoothly.

Walked in for a flu shot. Not a single person in the waiting area and three people working behind pharmacy counter. They told me they were too busy to do flu shots despite not a single person in the store. Ridiculuos.

By FAR, the best store of it's kind anywhere. It's clean, spacious, beautifully designed. Totally unlike other drug stores. You feel like you can actually spend time and relax in there, rather than want to run out. I enjoy shopping with a cart. They have many great sales. Best of all, for some inexplicable reason, most locals go the dreadful CVS a mile down the road, so its never crowded.. This Rite Aid has real people checking out. Not machines like the heinous CVS. Also, the lighting is pleasant. And the pharmacy staff is always a delight to work with.

All the staff here are so nice and helpful. One of the few stores that has kept their dollar section. Always greeted by Sayeh or another girl. Love coming here over CVS or Walgreens where I do not get greeted.
