The “manager” is rude I’ve brought in pictures 4 separate times and have been assured they will not serve my alcoholic father. The manager knowingly serves people who are too intoxicated and can barely walk and definitely have no business being served and makes snarky comments when it’s brought to their attention saying “we can’t monitor everyone who comes in and if they’re not drunk we will continue to serve them” after my dad could barely walk in there and claims we never brought in the picture to begin with. That’s funny every other liquor store acknowledges they will not serve him because I’m trying to get him to get help but not this guy who refused to give his name. He has no business managing anything

I typically love these people, they’re local and mean well. But, who you hire speaks a lot. I stopped in for a quick few beers to take home during this shutdown and thought.... let me add some fun items to my collection. The store offered a $500 bottle of Silver Oak and a $300 bottle of 18 yr old Scotch... I sincerely offered... if I buy both, can I get a discount? The young man on duty said no. That’s not the problem. What he didn’t do was make eye contact, say I’m sorry let me call the owner or even say... thank you. He was just shockingly dismissive and lacked all customer service or sales skills. Please help train the staff.

Poor customer experience. Got the 'not interested in assisting you' body language from a senior staff member while he was standing around doing nothing and I was the only one in the store.

When you really need to impress come here they have what you are looking for. The staff is knowledgeable on all aspects of the products sold. I've been going here for years and you should try them too.

This has to be a prior owner that got these bad ratings. The folks there have a big selection of cold beer. A large amount of liquor with stock of several less known brands I like. The guy at the counter Ron is is a great source for answers and recommendations of Scotch, Bourbon and Whiskey. My wife is happy with their assistance on wines and champagnes. When I wanted an item that wasn't stocked, the manager Pete took care of getting it into the store for me. Everyone at the counter is helpful and pleasant. I don't believe a store could be any better.
