Extremely disappointed with last order. In past they have done a nice job and made arrangements that followed what I asked for. This last time they were given same instructions , same price range with freedom to go higher and what I picked up went straight to the garbage. I could have gotten better at Stop n Shop for $25. Vase was hideous , flowers were not fresh. This was ordered in advance yet it looked like they tossed in what ever was left over at the end of the day. Will never go back , won’t risk getting something as embarrassing as this last order

Some friends ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a friend recovering from surgery. The arrangement was left up to them, but stargazer lilies were requested. The cost was $85 which included tax and delivery. When our friend sent a picture of what was delivered, we were shocked and embarrassed. The bouquet was tied together with a rubberband and looked like something from a supermarket. It was a small orange fall arrangement with orange tiger lilies that you could pick from the side of the road. Honestly, we thought that perhaps this was meant for someone else. When we called to inquire we were not even offered an apology much less a replacement bouquet. We feel this florist is only interested in the money and not in pleasing their customers. Stay away from Rodier Florist.

Wish I could rate this less. Looked up on Google as my wife started a new job in Ridgefield WA little did I know this was on the east coast...100+ dollars later no Flowers and now no answer to my emails.. what a joke.. do not order from these guys! They will steal your money. : UPDATE The charge ended up being canceled. Honestly though they did not call me the day I ordered. I ordered same day delivery you would think i would have at least gotten a call to say you called the wrong state or we can not deliver this in one day. But instead i come home and asked my wife if anything special happened that day to find out nothing happened. 24 hrs. later I did get a voice mail saying they were still planning to ship these. I didn't want flower any more. I called back with no answer left a message and no call back. Finally got a call back a couple weeks later confirming i was not charged. I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars because the charge didn't go through but customer service needs a lot of work

Maybe future experiences would be better here, but I only have the one to go by. They ran out of what I ordered but never told me. When I emailed the photos and called to discuss, I was told many things including that we all experience disappointments and boy isn't that the theme of this experience between the product and excuses. Without softening the rationale we discussed how: 1. The online shop did not accurately reflect their stock since they ran out of the product I ordered and chose to not inform me after I purchased. 2. I should have called them to avoid #1 instead of ordering online 3. They didn't cancel the order out of kindness because it was so close to the date and if they didn't show this kindness, where would I be? 4. The value and the colors are all the same 6. It's a 5" vase/roses instead of other flowers so it's more 7. What was I expecting, a 2' arrangement? 8. You should have opted out of substitutions, but because you didn't, you get what you get. (Side note: I double checked the website, and there is no option to opt out of substitutions). We trust that when you select substitutions, you know it. (How could I if there's no option to de-select it? Response: you should have called us instead.) I can see the justification in some of these, but at the end of the day, I would have preferred to be aware that they had run out and could not provide what I had ordered instead of being blind-sided.

Have used them a number of times over the last few years. Each time the bouquets were beautiful and lasted at least a week. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I were in need of two quick beautiful "thank you" summer bouquets. I have seen Rodier Flowers arrangements at various businesses in town, and we try to shop local as often as possible. The owner couldn't have been nicer! She was lovely and so accommodating & pleasant. Given the short notice and my limited budget, she assembled an English garden inspired arrangement (see photos). We were very pleased and will use Rodier Flowers again.

I’ve ordered twice now from Ridgefield Flowers. Both times I spoke to someone over the phone and gave a detailed description of what I wanted, and both times they sent something entirely different. I’ve left two voicemails expressing my disappointment over this most recent experience and no one has called me back. I would love to continue to support this local business, but the customer service is terrible.

Terrible experience. I ordered a bouquet through Teleflora and while I understand the local shop can substitute, what they sent my mother was hideous especially when compared to the arrangement I ordered. So disappointed.

I, too, am surprised by all the negative comments. We did our daughter's wedding flower from here and they were gorgeous. The colors of the flowers plus all the details that went into the arrangements were perfect. When the wedding party came back into town for photos, Mary sprinkled some rose petals on the street for them to walk on for pictures. It was such a sweet touch. I would suggest that you reconsider using Rodier's. They were a dream to work with. For one other reason, Mary is has been very generous to the community at large and when you live in a small town, this goes a long way in appreciation
