These guys are the bomb!I have a 1976 Fiat and I was there about a year ago for some suspension work and they did an excellent job and found some other things that I needed to get fixed.I’ve been trying to get back to them because I’ve got brakes that aren’t working on the Fiat again!! (Fix It Again Tony)I’m trying to squeeze it into my schedule, but they are the best place around.

Want to say that Precision Brake Works is top notch. Called yesterday for a broken strut. They were able to get car in today and replaced both so quickly. Also did a great inspection of the car and found some issues for future repairs. The whole inspection is then texted to me with photos and recommendations on what’s priority. From a tow, our 13 year old Subaru with no brakes was left off at the shop door of PrecisionBrakeworks.Owner Joseph Skelly called us for a mutual lift inspection with mechanic of the badly rusted underside and broken strut. He offered to make several calls, and we were able to comfortably pass on what has been a really wonderful car to a legitimate parts company. A decent and profitable termination, thanks to Joe. I've been a customer for several years. Stopped by this morning with a flat tire in the trunk. Hit a pothole on I-684 last night. You can only talk to the shop via phone. Explained that I just wanted someone to put air in the tire to see where the damage was. I was confident it was a non-repairable flat but Tire Rack requires detailed pictures. I was told by the shop that they didn't have anyone available to put air in the tire to see where the damage was and I needed to fill out a work order form, leave the tire and they will see if they can look at it before the end of the day. I was dumbfounded! Went up the street to Ace Tire and they immediately looked at the tire and showed me where the sidewall damaged was and even offered to assist me with the claim with Tire Rack. Goodbye Precision Brakeworks - you'll never see me again. If this is the way you treat customers, you'll be out of business soon.

Precision BrakeWorks is amazing. Once the tire I ordered off TireRack came in, they immediately called me and I dropped my car off. They had the tire replaced, balanced, and put back on the car in the same day. They also told me about a way that I could get a refund for the price of the tire! Highly recommendService: Tires

I needed new tires and wanted to find a garage that would mount them if I had them drop shipped from Tire Rack. I had them sent to Precision Brakeworks and they mounted and aligned them the day they arrived! Terrific! They also straightened out a bent rotor. Because of reviews I've read and online reputation I asked Precision Brakeworks (PB) for a fee estimate to do some front end work ( replace front end control arms) and also to replace the front Struts on my 2011 Hyundai SanteFe. I had rec'd a quote from the Dealer in Danbury and communicated the details of the repair work the car needed to "PB" . PB confirmed the work I had told them that needed to be completed and gave me a fee estimate that was $ 200-250 higher than the dealer quote was for the same work. PB wanted to test drive the car to confirm the repair work I had already described was needed to be performed PB did not comment that there would be a fee to confirm what repair work was needed ( after they had given me a repair quote). I did not have the work done preferring to have the dealer perform the work for the lower price. The fee for confirming the repair work needed , was $70... 1/2 hr. of work to test drive the car and conclude what I had already told PB.( I paid the invoice) Not an excessive amount of money perhaps but excessive to confirm that was provided to PB including an opportunity to obtain a new client.. perhaps they don't need new customers?
