“The staff here is wonderful. Literally, every time a customer walks thru the front door, the staff greets them with a cheery, "Hello." Who does that?! I've been going to this store for years. It's always clean + organized. The staff is always happy + ready to assist. The only thing I don't care for, is that they don't sell cases of pet food. They only sell individual cans. They will, if you want, order cases for you and then put them aside for you to collect. However, there's no cost saving.”

The staff is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about the different personalities under their care. They sent us home with blankets, toys and food for our new boy.
