I find the fashions here very trendy and not suitable for anyone but the very young. Trying to be a hip NYC boutique but misses the mark. Very unhelpful shop workers with an unfriendly, unhelpful attitude. Trying to shop local but won't go back. Better service at Neiman Marcus.

I LOVE Lucy's! The clothes are high end but wear and hold up beautifully. I have always been treated well. They remember me when I go in, and always try and help me with sizes or alternative designs. I live in Katonah and make the special trip to visit Lucy's. I do not think there is a store in the area that has similar quality. I have never had a problem with being wrongly charged. I love it!

Lucy's is an upscale clothing boutique with a variety of offerings and a great staff. Beautiful downtown to stroll and shop.
