“Stopped in to get a bottle for dinner. Visiting family in ridgefield. Was quickly greeted by two workers willing to offer suggestions if I asked. Many different price points and all bottles have their price clearly marked. Sorted nicely by region to make your search easy. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase some wine.”

Like other reviews, I have had a bad experience here in the past that made me drive past it to go to another store just because of the experience.Things have changed! The new owner is very caring and genuinely a nice man who cares about your experience and willing to fix the previous owners wrongs. Pricing is in line with competitors, but the thing that stands out is their refrigerated section seems bigger than others, especially the chilled wine section (a need during these summer months).”

“I needed wines to bring to Thanksgiving dinner. I went online to get ideas. All I knew was that I was looking for a Zinfandel + a Pinot Grigio. Walked into Ridgefield Liquor Shop + was immediately greeted. I explained my situation + was brought to both of those areas. The fellow explained the different pricing structures to me. After he showed me some of their best sellers, I was able to make my selections quickly. It turned out that both categories I'd wanted were made by the same company...the company had the same name as one of my hosts. I knew that my host would appreciate my selection.”
“I had a delivery issue with UPS and they returned to sender. Per the tracking number, my shipment would arrive at the sender's address on a Tuesday. That same Tuesday they reached out letting me know that they received the shipment and we're sending it back to me. I really thought it was a lost cause, lost money and I assumed I would have to re-order. Special shout out to Khanya and Terrence K! They were both on top of it and kept me posted on my order and it's expected delivery. I really appreciate you both!”
