“I bought a zero-turn mower from these guys at the start of this summer. They are all great to deal with from the owner to the sales staff to billing and finance. The team helped me select a mower based on my property size, grade of the hills on the property and how often I plan to use it. They also helped me find the best 0% financing deal at the time. The mower was delivered to my doorstep and the driver did a quick training session with me to ensure I knew how it worked and was comfortable riding it.
Since the original purchase I had called up the shop to perform a repair that was needed due to my own fault being careless. They came by and grabbed the mower while I was on a two seek vacation and delivered it back fixed before I got home so it was ready to mow the two-weeklong grass in my yard.
I highly recommending dealing with Newtown Power Equipment for any mowing equipment needs.”

“My 9 year old son and I stopped here on our way to Stamford. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted with a friendly staff member. A big smile on his face and a hello. Offering help if we needed it. The store is spotless and well organized with a little something for everyone as well, as a nice selection of hardware products. Nothing in the store was out of place. It was like a breath of fresh air . Staff members came by and kindly asked if they could help us locate anything and when my son asked them a question they went out of their way to answer him even engaging in some friend conversation. We did end up purchasing some items . Cashier was very nice, quick and efficient and asked if we wanted to give our number for the rewards program. We did sign up . That was also a quick and easy process . We will definitely be back . We do visit some stores near by, so will make a trip again soon back to this location. Thank you. Great job great management great staff.”

“The business model/attitude has gotten much worse. I can't stand when I am in the store during the day and you constantly get kicked out of an isle so they can move pallets up or bring down. This stocking activity was always done at night. Now you have to wait while they do it during the day. Today I tried to get to the pvc trim and this is what I found. Talk about a hazard!”

You can buy evrything online and get it delivered to your location for free . Excellent. “I have had many issues with Home Depot, however this time was one of the best. I want to give a shout out to the manager, Rob. I was in twice trying to get a turf carpet for my daughter, both times no one was there in carpeting to help me. The 2nd time, Rob, the manager, gave me his card and told me to email him exactly what I needed and he would have it delivered the next day (which was her birthday). The order came at noon and the perfect time, as the birthday girl was very surprised. Thank you”
“Everything expected from a Home Depot. Staff are a little more difficult to find and the return area always has a line compared to other Home Depots. Good deals on floor models. Staff are friendly and helpful.”
“Home Depot is going to lose my business to Lowe's. As Home Depot's inventory shrinks, Lowe's increases. The employees at Lowe's are always available. Home Depot has great employees, when you can find them. That can be a half hour endeavor.”
